How to Share Dcuments on Whatsapp

Send and share pdf, doc, excel, Xls files in Whatsapp. In Whatsapp we often send and share videos, audios, contacts, location, contact details, photos from gallery and cameras directly from top right icon (as shown in the figure)with our near and dear ones easily. But in some cases we need to send pdf, doc, excel and Xls files to our contacts. But for that purpose there is no direct option available in WhatsApp. In order to deal this situation, there are many apps available in the app store. CloudSend is one of them.

Now let us discuss steps to be implemented in order to send and share files using CloudSend:

Step 1:  Download CloudSend app from Play store.

Step 2: Tap on CloudSend icon in your phone and tap on Setup and you will be automatically directed to Dropbox login page.

Step 3: Now enter your Dropbox credentials and then you will be redirected to the page as shown below .

Step 4: Tap on allow access and go to the file you want to send via WhatsApp (Say a pdf file).

Step 5: Now tap on the file and you will see a screen as shown below.

Step 6: Tap on CloudSend and you will see CloudSend dashboard as shown below:

Step 7: Now tab on share button.

Step 8: Now select WhatsApp as your choice and then tab send.
