VERY IMPORTANT TIPS TO NOTE BEFORE GOING FOR AN INTERVIEW

It is quite strange to notice that you're not called back after an interview you went for, but you keep hearing that others get called even after their first interview, in today's post I'm going to brief you guys on the Basics and Essentials of an interview.

1. OBEY GIVEN INSTRUCTIONS
most organizations takes this seriously and most applicants takes this for granted...this includes;
i. What you're asked to bring to the interview venue


2. DRESS CODE
most interviewers wil not tell you what to wear... but i tell you that the only accepted and official dress code is Corporate Dressing, it does not stop there, DO NOT WEAR A BLACK SUIT ON ANOTHER COLOUR OF TROUSERS, IT SHOULD BE THE SAME COLOURS. THE T-shirt YOU WEAR MUST EITHER BE WHITE OR BLUE... Because dressing alone attracts 20mrks    




3. YOUR TIMING     Your Timing is very important  interviewers always draw a red line when the time for commencement and they won't even talk to you neither will they ask you to go even when you're up to 50 persons waiting.     4. ORGANIZATION     This Has to do with how you present yourself to them, they can tell from the way you organize yourself...Banks Value documents so much that they can trace back every Teller used by customers daily so therefore NEVER PUT YOUR CREDENTIALS IN A BOOK GOING FOR AN INTERVIEW, ENCLOSE YOUR CREDENTIALS IN A BROWN ENVELOPE OR AN OFFICIAL FILE JACKET.    Mode of Arranging Credentials::: Your C.V should be on top follwed under by your HIGHEST qualification, school results, then lastly state of origin and others then finally Birth Cert. ALWAYS CARRY ORIGINALS FOR SIGHTING AND A MINIMUM OF ONE SET OF PHOTOCOPY.

     5. CONFIDENCE     Avoid talking to yourself and voice out, the confidence  you exhibit will show that you know what you're doing. Well that's all on Tips for Interview
